Sustituya fácilmente aceite vegetal, mantequilla o margarina con una proporción de 1 a 1 y utilice este aceite para guisar o saltear a temperaturas de hasta 175 °C y para elaborar batidos, aliños, etc. Gracias a su bajo punto de fusión, puede combinarse fácilmente con cualquier rebozado o mezcla. También puede utilizarse como crema hidratante, como base para aceites de aromaterapia o en sérums capilares caseros.ADVERTENCIA:

OMG How does pure coconut oil stay liquid?
Quite miraculous that it stay liquid in the coldest Chicago winters. Not sure what they did but it definitely retains its original nutritional value. I have begun to use it generously on my colored black hair that is turning into a beauty. The way I was when I was younger. Soon you'd think I am 18. I love this product so much that I will be purchasing more than the 2 I have. Several years ago I discovered Coconut oil for my dry skin. And I do mean dry. I use coconut oil every day, especially for my legs. I can't/won't go with out it.
